Foundation work on the production hall, excavation for administrative building in January 1989 1988 The Haldenwang Local Council Unani- mously Approves the MAHA Development Plan for a New Building Based on the area designated by the land-use plan, the heavily expanding company had up to 30,000 m² of building area available. Remaining true to traditional namesake farmland designation the land was called ”Commercial Area Pfaffental“ . A short time later, the groundbreaking and cor- nerstone placement ceremony initiated the first building phase of the new production and admini- strative building at the current location, Hoyen 20. The new project was finished within 12 months. In December 1989 the company moved into its new headquarters.
